Femme Fatale Cosmetics Glass Coffin

Last week I wore Femme Fatale's Glass Coffin. This is a gorgeous thermal polish but unfortunately I had just broken a nail so it was hard to see any change because of the length.

You can see just the tiniest colour change on the tips ;)

Even though I didn't get the thermal effect, I still loved everything about this polish! The colour is amazing and I cant wait to use it again on longer nails.

Colors By Llarowe The Silence

Today I have for you Colors By Llarowe's The Silence. As I've mentioned before I love flakies, so I couldn't go past buying some from this collection.

Theres not much to say about this polish, except that its beautiful. This was just one coat, so theres plenty of flakies in there.

Instead of wearing this over a really dark colour like I normally would, I decided to put it over Emily de Molly's Long Engagement. It looked amazing in the shade and in the sun!
I look forward to trying out the others I purchased from the same collection.

Dance Legend Wow Prism 35 and EDM20

Last week I decided to pull out an untried. I chose Dance Legend Wow Prism 35. Its a beautiful lime green filled with holo particles. This is actually really gorgeous in the sun, but of course there was none when I was taking photos.

I then stamped it with EDM20 in a beautiful metallic brown by Ebalay, colour 008.
If you ever come across the metallics in the Ebalay brand, you should buy them, they are amazing to stamp with.

Emily de Molly Maddy's Magenta and EDM19

Awhile ago I wore an old favourite, Maddy's Magenta. That same day my new stamping plates arrived from my manufacturer, so of course I had to try them out.

This is EDM19 stamped in a light pink, unfortunately I can't remember what that pink was.

Chanel Holographic and ulta 3 Blue Marlin

Recently I was lucky enough to come across Chanel Holographic. Chanel Holographic has been my number 1 lemming for about 4 years now so I wasn't going to pass up another opportunity to get my hands on it! Even though this cost me more than I'm going to admit to anyone, it was totally worth it!

Just look at this holo and this is in the shade! I paired this with one of my go to blues, this is Blue Marlin by ulta3.

    Yes, still in the shade!

And finally, out in the sun. The holo is absolutely amazing.

As you can probably tell, I'm a little scared to use this, hence just the accent finger ;)
Hopefully next time I'll gather up the courage to wear it as a full mani.

    Baroness X Outre Violet Opal

Today I'm showing you a polish by Baroness X. This is Outre Violet Opal and it is gorgeous!

I absolutely loved the look of this polish but it was a bit difficult to work with.
I used 3 coats for these photos and ended up needing 3 coats of seche vite too and it still wasn't glass smooth. Its a very thick polish with a lot of glitter.
Unfortunately this also stained my nails a lovely shade of red, luckily it came right off with some cuticle remover.

Whilst my review does not sound that great, I did really enjoy wearing this colour, its unique in my collection and I love anything with a colour shift to it.

Next time I wear it I will layer it over a dark purple, I think that will be perfect!
I have another 2 polishes from Baroness X to try, I'll be layering these ones too ;)

    Diffused Dawn stamped with EDM09

Last week after I swatched Diffused Dawn, I decided I wanted to do some stamping over the top. I chose to stamp it with EDM09 and a pink metallic polish that I bought from Ebay.

I wasn't particularly happy with this combo, I think I covered up too much of the holo, what do you think?

    Leadlight stamping with EDM10

Awhile ago I created a leadlight mani that I wasn't sure I liked but, by the time I took it off, I loved it! I started off with 2 coats of a DIY sheer pink, then stamped in black with plate EDM10. I then proceeded to colour in the design with some DIY sheer coloured tints I made.

    EDM10 - natural lighting
Even though this looks complicated, this only took about 15 minutes to create! I can't wait to do something like this again.

What do you think? Have you tried the leadlight technique?
